Our farm's story began with a desire for beyond organic, trustworthy food, raised and produced as close to its original design as possible. So we decided to try and grow it ourselves. Now we are excited to offer these products to you and your family! The quality and flavor of 'food the way it was designed to be', has surprised our senses and delighted our souls. We hope it will do the same for you!
God's pattern is one of regeneration. We farm with the perspective that health starts beneath our feet. We strive to improve, preserve, and restore the health of our soil, and in turn, your health as well!
With your and nature's health in mind, we feed certified organic grain. We also manage our pastures in ways that follow the Creators pattern as best as we can, with our hay being sourced from farmers that follow the same practices. We strive to only provide quality that meets or exceeds organic standards.
We believe that health is likely when life is lived as it was designed to be. When sickness does occur, we use as natural treatments as possible; herbs, homeopathy, etc. Vets are for emergencies. We do not administer vaccines, (including mRNA vaccines,) to any of our livestock, except for one required by law.

We had the pork roast last night and it was delicious! I made it in the slow cooker, carnitas style.
We are extremely happy with the whole hog we purchased from your farm recently! Absolutely delicious pork and the best lard we have ever made!
The bacon and eggs were delicious!
We love your lamb, pork and milk.
Every decision we make is grounded in our value of health and life. Our soil health and revitalization is a top priority. This is a big reason we care for all of our animals following nature's 'beyond organic' pattern; To care for the home beneath our feet.
We produce every morsel here on the farm with relationship in mind. From soil, to animals, to you and our patron family, healthy relationships are key.

One of our core reasons for existing as a company, is to enable all to live healthy, abundant lives. This keeps us going, day after long day, rain and snow, intense cold and vicious heat. We hope this passion works into our products DNA.
"..then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
We strive to be tools in the Master's hands to bring healing to the land, and in turn, all the lives that depend upon it.
Although we aren't here yet, we strive to work with the understanding that we are participating in a story and creation way bigger than us. Every life that gives itself for our sustenance should bring us to our knees. We don't know of a better state to operate from.
The vast assembly of contrasts, beauty, and design to this world attests to an intelligent source. We are accountable to that source for how we treat our customers and His creation. We are also accountable to you, and all our farm family, for how we farm and what we provide.
Although our products are all managed and fed with the goal of meeting and exceeding organic standards, we are not certified organic by the governmental departments. However we do offer, and nourish our animals with, certified organic feed and grain.
We do not vaccinate any of our livestock, except for those legally required to be vaccinated. The State of Idaho requires us by law to vaccinate female cows one time if they are intended for dairy use or breeding. We only do the bare minimum that the law requires. Nothing more. Additionally, some livestock that we buy from other farms were previously vaccinated before they were under our care. We will be transparent with those situations and products.
We offer our products directly at our onsite farm store, pickup locations, farmers markets, and retail locations, including Homestead Produce here in Bonners Ferry. We may also offer home delivery.
Yes, but that depends on the animal. We do not feed grain to our beef cattle. Our milk cows are supplemented with organic crushed peas and occasionally organic sprouted barley. Our pigs and chickens are fed organic grains in addition to the forage they relish.
Greg and Rachelle met while attending school, married, and have been enjoying an adventurous and beautiful life together ever since. They are the proud parents of 11 delightful children.
A big part of the farm workforce, the kids enjoy learning, working and playing all around the farm. Some of the older kids, Logan Brenly, and Lincoln work with Greg in business management and operations.
Cows, pigs, chickens, sheep, cats, and our faithful dogs keep our life interesting and exciting! Faithfully fulfilling their purpose in life, we strive to honor their sacrifice with humility and diligence in our care for them.
